Two of my nieces had baby girls this year – one in February and one in April. These tiny babies are the first of a new generation in my family and we’re all pretty excited about it. Becoming a new mom is a life-changing event in the nicest kind of way and with it comes a lot of responsibility. As babies grow into toddlers, then children, we moms do the best we can to set a good example. Taking care of our health with nutritious food and daily fitness is one very powerful way to influence our kids to do the same. Let me be the first to wish all of you a very Happy Mother’s Day!
