Dream it. Create it. Share it. is an exercise in creativity and imagination. Children are encouraged to dream and are provided with the tools to help visualize their dreams. Each field trip ends with an engaging project designed to teach and inspire. Recommended for children in grades K - 6.
Noise! An exploration into rhythm and music at select Music & Arts locations. What is noise? When does it become music? This interactive field trip is designed to introduce music to children, improve their social skills and build teamwork. For grades Pre-K through 3rd.
The Creative Quest! is a NEW FREE field trip where students are charged with finding the six elements of art (line, shape, space, texture, form and color). Children work in teams on an interactive scavenger hunt as they learn about the evaluation and understanding of art. Recommended for grades PreK-6.
Discover the Superhero in You! is a hands on field trip where students connect concepts of textile and color to science as they express their individuality. The field trip supports curriculum in history, math and science and encourages self expression. Recommended for children in grades PreK - 6.
Adults
Make some memories this year! A.C. Moore Arts & Crafts stores are hosting two new special programs for Active Adults, age 55+. The Making Memoriesseriesoffers participants the opportunity to explore various crafting mediums and concludes with each attendee creating their own scrapbook page.
