All field trips that are offered through the Field Trip Factory website must be scheduled with us. We make it easy by providing dates, times and instant confirmations.

On your confirmation letter we provide instructions for your trip. In the Teachers Corner we offer activities to enhance your experience. For your convenience we also offer Permission Slips and Report Cards to evaluate the trip.

If your trips was scheduled by Field Trip Factory, you can submit your request through "Contact Us" or call 1-800-987-6409.

As always, you can submit a report card for your field trip. Yuo can find the report card with your confirmation letter or you can download a copy from the Resource Center.
