Inspire Business Innovation and Entrepreneurial Ambition!

Teaching Moments on this Tour:
Identify and utilize the different management factors key to operating a retail business. Develop a working knowledge of store operations, retail vocabulary, marketing and merchandising. "Future Entrepreneurs" Business Proposal Contest

More than an exercise, this opportunity lets students apply their newfound business perspective to earn rewards for their class and for their school! After the tour, they’ll work as a team to analyze current business practices and develop a proposal for the Orscheln store of 2020. The team that submits the winning proposal will get to run a real-world Orscheln Farm & Home store for a day. The winning school will receive a $100 grant.
